ANXIETY
Everyone has undergone anxiuos moments
Few .
1. A final year student waiting for his results which is going to be decide his future.
.2. A pregnant woman waiting for her first scan result for the growth of  her baby.
3. Young man attending interview gets into the room of the panelists.
4. An old lady listening to the doctor who is holding the scan result for a critical illness.
Like this there are so many .
No one will be spared as all are victims at that moment but these above may be. temporary .Some are good as per research .The above 1 to 4 turned to out to be positive the anxiety factor  may be lasted for  few minutes to few hours max.
The intensity depends upon the indvidual facing and affect the near and dear ones also
The most critical one will be who met with accidents ,drug abuse ,critical illness,loss of most loved ones  etc.
The person affected immediately experiences  discomfort and prolonged ones lead to stress.
How to comeout or face this ?
It will be easy as an outsider to advice but Practically difficult to follow.
After medication and  counsellng 
the kith and kin should have. .
Patience..Patience and Patience 
 Hope no one goes to extreme mode and only  have tense moments in short span only .Forget it soon.Live happily
