Internal and external audits.

As an individual, I wanted to focus on discipline and evaluation these days.

Discipline 
While I was studying my 9th std 
A state of emergency was declared in India.
In spite of a lot of negativity one positive thing happened.
Along with Emergency, discipline was also imposed. All-State and Central government departments followed strict timings and some considerable changes happened.
I liked this aspect and declared an  emergency for myself for the past 3 months and got discipline  as a gift 
I will call it an internal audit of my daily assignments without any break.

Next, the output of my discipline that is the undertaken tasks that are in progress needs to be reviewed by an outsider.

Evaluation.
Taking a cue from my house cobwebs.
Imagined myself that I invited a guest over a  coffee and taken him around my house.
While sending off, frankly ask him how many cobwebs you found and where are the areas needs attention.
Based on his feedback, he started working on it.
In reality.
All short stories are reviewed  by  LIans
All the music practices were reviewed by good wishers.
All technical articles got genuine feedback.

Internal audit -Discipline -Trigger Emergency
External audit -Evaluation -Trigger-Cobwebs

Sweet little kid

Varun.Sweet little kid. Let us invoke the learner in us. Let us learn from everywhere. A small story. In my apartment floor, there are 6 flats., that consists of families speaking different languages. Telugu Kannada Bengali Badaga (one of the languages of Nilagiri hills belt) Tamil -2 families. A cute 2+ age, a little boy named  Varun of one of the Telugu speaking family visits all of us daily. He identifies the small things and repeats what we say. Suppose we ask him, show us the Buddha statue in Tamil and he understands and take us there. He may be playing and running inside  around for 15 minutes  or so, interacts with us in Tamil sometimes .we are also recollecting our Hyderabad days and try our little Telugu also. Similarly, he moves to all the other flats almost equally and in particular,  he spends most of the time with little elder children  of a Kannada speaking family . Online classes

Other side of online classes. Please Read the below article in the comment section . Today's kids are forced to buy smartphones to attend their online classes. One such story. Father has to sell his cow, a good income source for his family. Basic needs became 3 to 4 now . Roti..Food Kapda..Clothes. Makaan.
