Continous improvement in Progress 
During my earlier assignments learnt the art of  Continuous improvement Practices to improve from yesterday ,perform today for a  better tomorrow.The first thing come to mind was  what i learnt in my professional world,thought of applying to my personal avenue also .that is Singing 
I was practising tamil devotional songs for the period of two years .The aim of doing this is to deliver a vocal performance in a stage for a period of two hours.Rigorous practice session followed but something was missing .
Then i thought of applying some measures of  improvements .
1. The songs should be presented  with proper understanding then only it will reach the audience . Selected 22 songs and copied in my notebook  While writing started memorizing and noted  the  meaning of the song in my own words 
2 After completing first one,then i recorded my songs and this time told my friends to share honest and fair reviews  give a rating from 1 to 10 .
The result never crossed 5 but got good tips.
The realization happened mere learning won't be enough but continuous improvements is also a must to progress well

Sweet little kid

Varun.Sweet little kid. Let us invoke the learner in us. Let us learn from everywhere. A small story. In my apartment floor, there are 6 flats., that consists of families speaking different languages. Telugu Kannada Bengali Badaga (one of the languages of Nilagiri hills belt) Tamil -2 families. A cute 2+ age, a little boy named  Varun of one of the Telugu speaking family visits all of us daily. He identifies the small things and repeats what we say. Suppose we ask him, show us the Buddha statue in Tamil and he understands and take us there. He may be playing and running inside  around for 15 minutes  or so, interacts with us in Tamil sometimes .we are also recollecting our Hyderabad days and try our little Telugu also.
