Whenever I listen, remember Delhi's golden days.

We used to do shift duties and at a given point of time, 10 engineers and support staff used to work on different floors. Every fourth day we will have shift duties from 2 pm to 9 pm 
Exactly between 6.30 to 7 pm .we used to assemble for snacks at the recreation hall for having garam Jelebis, samosa, etc .from the famous sweet shop.

We will order the menu and one person will pay and at the time of starting, we will decide who is going to be the next host.

Birthdays and Anniversaries, Promotion are regular ones.

The real fun, happens when there are no such things in the kitty.
Then the team will find out a funny, crazy, odd context  and make them host .we ensure that everyone included. 

Funny moments.Group interaction.
Today you are wearing nice new shoes .let us  celebrate in your name.

Someone out of excitement says today the weather is so good then he will be called as host.

Someone says today no traffic jams I enjoyed my bike ride, then he will be cornered.

Like this list goes on and this way leaving all work-related pressure, friction in the work areas , used to celebrate these 30 minutes break like anything.

Sweet little kid

Varun.Sweet little kid. Let us invoke the learner in us. Let us learn from everywhere. A small story. In my apartment floor, there are 6 flats., that consists of families speaking different languages. Telugu Kannada Bengali Badaga (one of the languages of Nilagiri hills belt) Tamil -2 families. A cute 2+ age, a little boy named  Varun of one of the Telugu speaking family visits all of us daily. He identifies the small things and repeats what we say. Suppose we ask him, show us the Buddha statue in Tamil and he understands and take us there. He may be playing and running inside  around for 15 minutes  or so, interacts with us in Tamil sometimes .we are also recollecting our Hyderabad days and try our little Telugu also.
