E-Learning -Part 3.

In the current scenario,
Parents not only watch your school but also observe deeply teaching methods and of course the teaching skills of an individual teacher. This is an added stress to teachers.

I recall one incident.
25 yrs back, One of my friends finalized a school for his children after a round of inspection. He took permission from the HM and observed teaching methods of few schools near to his home.

Finally, he selected  a school that has got the best coaching methodology, not a very big reputed school.
He said teachers should be able to impart knowledge by adopting different methods.
Also in comparison to a teacher who may be highly intelligent but not able to express, a teacher with high communication skills will be able to share more with the students.

The principal should ensure communication skills are equally adapted by teachers over a period of time.

Current online classes pose a great challenge to teachers teaching methods and make them completely relook at the earlier classroom deliveries.

Parent -Teachers association should devise the methods of how to go about it and see that student get their share and teacher don't stress out much.

Teachers' well-being matters.

Sweet little kid

Varun.Sweet little kid. Let us invoke the learner in us. Let us learn from everywhere. A small story. In my apartment floor, there are 6 flats., that consists of families speaking different languages. Telugu Kannada Bengali Badaga (one of the languages of Nilagiri hills belt) Tamil -2 families. A cute 2+ age, a little boy named  Varun of one of the Telugu speaking family visits all of us daily. He identifies the small things and repeats what we say. Suppose we ask him, show us the Buddha statue in Tamil and he understands and take us there. He may be playing and running inside  around for 15 minutes  or so, interacts with us in Tamil sometimes .we are also recollecting our Hyderabad days and try our little Telugu also.
