Yoga as per my view  is an experience of your own intellect and consciousness which transcends to awareness.

Ultimately 
Yoga translates to
Existence, Consciousness, and Bliss

Yoga nothng but a term used to call your being .

The ever Vibrating Spirit in all living beings expresses Yogic acts through their thoughts and actions.

Yoga cannot be taught and can only felt by individuals .

Yoga postures ,breathing techniques  helps us not to get distracted and regulate our body and mind to abide in its source called Pure Awareness.

Yoga is a formless entity and it carries your aura everywhere .

That what is not seen always "X " factor .
Like in mathametics, we create a dummy element X for arriving the result for X ,
Here One has to be always be as  X factor and elimiate other aspects which are temporary and hold on X always .

Forget all the above if you feel not clear to you 
Be natural
Be in your rhythm 
Feel the aura in you and be with it .

BE AS YOU ARE

Sweet little kid

Varun.Sweet little kid. Let us invoke the learner in us. Let us learn from everywhere. A small story. In my apartment floor, there are 6 flats., that consists of families speaking different languages. Telugu Kannada Bengali Badaga (one of the languages of Nilagiri hills belt) Tamil -2 families. A cute 2+ age, a little boy named  Varun of one of the Telugu speaking family visits all of us daily. He identifies the small things and repeats what we say. Suppose we ask him, show us the Buddha statue in Tamil and he understands and take us there. He may be playing and running inside  around for 15 minutes  or so, interacts with us in Tamil sometimes .we are also recollecting our Hyderabad days and try our little Telugu also.
