We are going to discuss how Teacher and Students will interact using digital  tools 
Speech to Text 
Text to Speech 

Process steps .
1.Teacher will conduct the lesson using    whiteboard option. summarize the learnings 

2.Teacher will open a speech to text software and summarize the same .this will be circulated to  all students .

3. Students need to copy in their  notebook in their own words .

4. Students should read this notes using  text to speech  ,listen once  and send to teacher .

5. Next day,the teacher will review the last lesson and randomnly play few text to speech sent by students .

The best one will get a good applause .

Benefit for students.
 1.Student writes the lesson and understand and then read out .
2. Listening,writing and Reading traits are covered here .

Benefit for teacher .
He reviews the whole cycle of his teachings .

This way,teacher and student learning cycle may be enabled.

Note .This process has to be tested Throughly and the outcome  need to be reviewed for its effectiveness .

Sweet little kid

Varun.Sweet little kid. Let us invoke the learner in us. Let us learn from everywhere. A small story. In my apartment floor, there are 6 flats., that consists of families speaking different languages. Telugu Kannada Bengali Badaga (one of the languages of Nilagiri hills belt) Tamil -2 families. A cute 2+ age, a little boy named  Varun of one of the Telugu speaking family visits all of us daily. He identifies the small things and repeats what we say. Suppose we ask him, show us the Buddha statue in Tamil and he understands and take us there. He may be playing and running inside  around for 15 minutes  or so, interacts with us in Tamil sometimes .we are also recollecting our Hyderabad days and try our little Telugu also.
