Every  Sunday he invites to his eco school  and  he gives an assignment for a day .

Spend a  day.
Maps Dr to a  farmer 
Maps Architect to a  weaver
Map  scientist to a Scullptor 
Map other 12 to other similar roles 

All the 15 members at his presence now .
He hands over a small piece of paper and in the evening ask them to note down their  takeaway
Rules .
"Only interact if required .observe maximum ".

He has employed all these people in their respective fields and they are part of the curriculum.
 
All of them disperse .
Everyone assembles in the evening

Why i have called you ? 
Sharing my story.
As a person ,i earned billions as a game software producer .thought i am greatest .
Suddenly fell sick ,proper food and medicines saved me from going worse .
Then I realized ,the life savers and food producers are also equally have domain skills much more  than me . then i came here leaving all and morning to evening learning skills new to me .not only these two above also the other traits which you all observed 
A waever,a carpenter a sculptor,a musician,a painter ,a farmer,a natural herb scientist  etc .

Skills are so many .Respect all those skills including yours .consider them as part of you .

Be humble inside out .

Sweet little kid

Varun.Sweet little kid. Let us invoke the learner in us. Let us learn from everywhere. A small story. In my apartment floor, there are 6 flats., that consists of families speaking different languages. Telugu Kannada Bengali Badaga (one of the languages of Nilagiri hills belt) Tamil -2 families. A cute 2+ age, a little boy named  Varun of one of the Telugu speaking family visits all of us daily. He identifies the small things and repeats what we say. Suppose we ask him, show us the Buddha statue in Tamil and he understands and take us there. He may be playing and running inside  around for 15 minutes  or so, interacts with us in Tamil sometimes .we are also recollecting our Hyderabad days and try our little Telugu also.
