Foundation
I was working as a trainee in All India Radio.
One fine morning , the Station Head called me and said tomorrow bring your electrical text book and one note book.
Next day after noon I presented myself. He opened the book and told me to do the sums using Electrical theorems .
I told him , I need to some time to go through  as the learning happened in the my 2nd year of my college .
He told me fine. Let the book be here ,daily you can come and revise whatever you have learnt . Once you are prepared tell me . Two weeks passed and i said yes.
He gave lot of questions and every day 3 to 4 Pm I have to solve those sums . Some were very hard and  told him need guidance then he immediately agreed and after office hours he guided me .
This way one month passed and one day he called me . Now no need to do these exercises.
You may wondering why I called you to my room for this theory assignments . You are attending interviews , this practical training may also help but the one and only thing people will test you are the fundamentals . Follow this for other subjects also. If you are fundamentally strong in any field , you have laid a strong foundation .This helped me to get a job later and also to prepare for my interviews .
