Beautiful coastal town Pondicherry taught me French culture and move with North Indian community involved in Aurobindo ashram.Learnt languages, observed different cultures . Communicate .
 I never knew at that time these will lay  a Great foundation for me  to face the professional world. 
Two such lovely moments 
1.Paris trip.. During my official trip of 8 days, my travel partner a French guy became very close.A musician and so we started sharing information as I know little Indian music. This helped in developing a bonding which I cherish even today  Converse..
2.Montreal trip. During my deputation for a training, the Tutor wants to demonstrate some audio frequency measurements. He wanted some one to sing and record Lower and higher frequencies. Without any hesitance I sang a song of my mothertounge  Tamil The tutor told me that he not only enjoyed the music and also said the recording was almost met his demo requirements. again music connected me.Connect.
In the current work area  ,able to connect with customers,partners in building relations and aim for WIN WIN situations .
Connect, Communicate, Converse via 
Music or rather via any art form .

Sweet little kid

Varun.Sweet little kid. Let us invoke the learner in us. Let us learn from everywhere. A small story. In my apartment floor, there are 6 flats., that consists of families speaking different languages. Telugu Kannada Bengali Badaga (one of the languages of Nilagiri hills belt) Tamil -2 families. A cute 2+ age, a little boy named  Varun of one of the Telugu speaking family visits all of us daily. He identifies the small things and repeats what we say. Suppose we ask him, show us the Buddha statue in Tamil and he understands and take us there. He may be playing and running inside  around for 15 minutes  or so, interacts with us in Tamil sometimes .we are also recollecting our Hyderabad days and try our little Telugu also. Similarly, he moves to all the other flats almost equally and in particular,  he spends most of the time with little elder children  of a Kannada speaking family .
