In our big apartment
complex, a lot of covered car parking area are empty . often find a display board Reserved park area, don't park any vehicles.

Thought of a new business model.
One day the owner placed a display board .inspite of repeated warnings, two-wheelers vehicles are being parked.
Tomorrow onwards monthly parking charges will be levied.
Two wheeler.Rs 500 per month 
Or 
Four wheeler.Rs 1000 per month.

Opp 1.
The owner started getting income.
After a week, a new display found.
Designated park for car bearing.TN14: XXXX

Opp 2.Copy and Paste 
Seeing this, the car cleaning personal understood this model and identified free car spaces and informed the respective owners, advised them to go for it. Since they know all the owners who park in open, with a small commission they closed the deals.

Cascading effect.
Opp 3.
One of the cleaning boys thought of expanding this business and with the help of other teams who handle cleaning cars  in other big apartments created a what's app group to spread this model and started earning commissions.

This is an imagination but a doable one.
You can improvise this and today if you look around a lot of business models are available. Small, big doesn't matter.

Sweet little kid

Varun.Sweet little kid. Let us invoke the learner in us. Let us learn from everywhere. A small story. In my apartment floor, there are 6 flats., that consists of families speaking different languages. Telugu Kannada Bengali Badaga (one of the languages of Nilagiri hills belt) Tamil -2 families. A cute 2+ age, a little boy named  Varun of one of the Telugu speaking family visits all of us daily. He identifies the small things and repeats what we say. Suppose we ask him, show us the Buddha statue in Tamil and he understands and take us there. He may be playing and running inside  around for 15 minutes  or so, interacts with us in Tamil sometimes .we are also recollecting our Hyderabad days and try our little Telugu also.
