Purpose Statement.

Owning a sweet house in their lifetime most desirable thing for everyone.
Two such incidents related to this.

I gave an ad in a local weekly newspaper  to dispose my two bedroom flat .
Sunday mornng it will hit the streets .
Morning 7 am and prospect, an elderly man  arrived .
He has come to buy a flat for his nephew .
He liked the flat and agreed to the price as it was prevailing market rate .
Suddenly he asked may i know  why are you selling ?  
Growth path I said then added  
 going for a bigger house after 9 yrs of  staying  here..very lucky one. Deal was stuck.The buyers  doubly check the reason for sellling .

After a year ,sold other single bedroom  apartment also .This time the buyer enquired on behalf of his brother . Asked him why are you buying for your brother 
He said my brother earning less money and no scope for savings  and i want him to settle in life .By the way of paying EMI ,he saves not only rent also he will also stay in his own house .
He requested me to quote a decent price .I said i am not into real estate business. Agreed ,with out any hesitance to sell on a cost to cost basis .

Takeaway .
Contrast deals both touched the emotional chord but ended  on a common note called Care and Concern.
Demonstarting a clear purpose statement .

Sweet little kid

Varun.Sweet little kid. Let us invoke the learner in us. Let us learn from everywhere. A small story. In my apartment floor, there are 6 flats., that consists of families speaking different languages. Telugu Kannada Bengali Badaga (one of the languages of Nilagiri hills belt) Tamil -2 families. A cute 2+ age, a little boy named  Varun of one of the Telugu speaking family visits all of us daily. He identifies the small things and repeats what we say. Suppose we ask him, show us the Buddha statue in Tamil and he understands and take us there. He may be playing and running inside  around for 15 minutes  or so, interacts with us in Tamil sometimes .we are also recollecting our Hyderabad days and try our little Telugu also. Similarly, he moves to all the other flats almost equally and in particular,  he spends most of the time with little elder children  of a Kannada speaking family .
