SURPRISE
Surprises happen every day and we may remember some and forget some .Sharing my real life experiences
After serving 20 years in Govt/PSU our company took over by a Private entity .
HR  asked us to align  with the company goals by opting to new roles. Applied for the Solution Architect post and got selected .After a year,  HR conveyed an Urgent requirement for Operation role which matches your profile . I am already in new role immediately. HR told don't worry . We will take care of everything .I hesitantly told Please share the profile .The same evening got an order from HR that you are selected for the role and transferred .
Great Surprise and shock that day.
What I relish today are my memories  staying these new cities and the life associated .
Personal Front
1. Hyderabad – North and South mix, Hot and spiicy food, Twin city culture , Lakes and Parks and of course enjoyed Telugu movies every week with a massive repetitive audience .
2. Mumbai – Fast life at 42  +  helped to me to throw away my letharginess  and laziness totally .Cherished the Marine drive  morning walk , Ganpathi festivals and enjoyed  chat items in juhu beaches.
Life surprises are so many .Recap everything  whatever happened ,then we may realize it's for your best.

Sweet little kid

Varun.Sweet little kid. Let us invoke the learner in us. Let us learn from everywhere. A small story. In my apartment floor, there are 6 flats., that consists of families speaking different languages. Telugu Kannada Bengali Badaga (one of the languages of Nilagiri hills belt) Tamil -2 families. A cute 2+ age, a little boy named  Varun of one of the Telugu speaking family visits all of us daily. He identifies the small things and repeats what we say. Suppose we ask him, show us the Buddha statue in Tamil and he understands and take us there. He may be playing and running inside  around for 15 minutes  or so, interacts with us in Tamil sometimes .we are also recollecting our Hyderabad days and try our little Telugu also. Similarly, he moves to all the other flats almost equally and in particular,  he spends most of the time with little elder children  of a Kannada speaking family .
