Try, Attempt and make sincere Efforts

In my earlier job,
got a new assignment .
I wrote a mail to my Vertical Head

Will try to deliver the best.

Immediately got a reply
Please remove 'try '

'Attempt 'came to my mind
Searched "Try and attempt "difference

An "Attempt ' is used in a formal context
"Try "is used in an informal context

Rephrase
Will deliver the best by making sincere attempts. Not satisfied

Again one more word stuck to me.
Efforts.
Searched "attempt and efforts "difference

The "Effort" is when you do your best and put hard work into something.

An "Attempt" is when you try hard at something to the best you can, but don’t entirely succeed at it.

Suddenly remembered a good old proverb in my mother tongue Tamil.

முயற்சி திருவினனயாக்கும்
Effort Never fail

Final mail response.
I will make 100 % sincere efforts to deliver the best.

Above all these words,  we need to put in
Action
Action
Action
To reach our goals  or achieve the   desired results

One quote that covers three words and  Action

I've missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. 26 times, I've been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.
Michael Jordan.

Your take, please.
