Miyawaki forest turns Chennai Corporation zone environment +ve

Miyawaki method ,Pioneerd by Japanese botanist Akira Miyawaki.
Use of native species to create dense forest and is adapted by many urban municipalities  across  the world .It involves planting saplings close to each other ad they receive sunlight from the top and grow upwards than sideways .

This was carried out in chennai city corporation busy area and now they have planted 762 saplings of 45 different  spices area of 10000 sq ft .
Staff watered and maintained .
A thick forest in the urban residential area..
By year end 55 such parks will get completed .
Thanks to the visionary Miyawaki and apllied it successfully .

1.Education.

Grow vertically by allowing sunlight .

Don't simply Phrame policies,create proto type ,experiment and then implement . 


2 .Healthcare 

Thick dense forest.

Create a cluster of health care voulnteers and ermploy them whenever these kind of emergency arises.

Like friends of police from the scout ,NCC and ex army disciplines


3. Farming 

Develop more parks in urban areas .

Use dry land cultivation and create employment .migrant workkers can be deployed  here .


4..Community development .

More trees more oxygen.

All walks of life like the  Red cross,create a movement for self sustsinable living .

Need to involve the BPL segment so that they know where the money comes from to address Roti,Kapda,Makan.


Grow vertically or horizontally .

Simply plant your seed to make it grow

Dindugal Locks

Tamilnadu -Dindugal Poottu (Locks ) Used to hear from my grandpa that Burglars will smash the door of the house easily instead of attempting to break the Dindugal locks. Also, it would be very difficult to make a duplicate key for these types of locks. A gardeners dIary

A gardener's diary. In my ancestral house, we had a small but beautiful garden in the backyard. It had coconut trees, plantain trees, vegetable plants like brinjal, tomato, and ladies' fingers and flower plants also. We,siblings, owned each one of them for its care. My grandpa told the importance of this backyard garden and how humans should conceive, imbibe their attributes, and grow like them. Coconut trees. Are always treated as the eldest son of the family. In Tamil, we call Thennam Pillai. Coconut trees have a long life, although takes time to grow but once grown the yield can easily cater generations to come. Banana tree.
