Valuable inputs.

A decade ago ,purchased a Mahindra &Mahindra MUV.

Finalized the deal.
Told the sales person,i know you will be busy chasing other deals from now on. Please keep me updated about the delivery dates and other formalities
I told him my earlier experience of cancelling a  booking of another car due to abormal delay in delivery dates.
He listened and said that he will adhere to the timelines .

That time i was working as a process analyst doucmenting Quote to Cash process.

Habituated, wanted to add some value here, prepared a note about  booking to delivery proces based on my earlier experiences and forwarded to Mahindra HQ.

The vehicle was delivered on time .I was happy and appreciated the team.

After 4 months ,i got a mail from the Mahindra customer relations stating it was an appreciable gesture.Happy  to receive such important note related to customer delivery process . Recognizing your contribution we are sending a gift.

I was totally surprised .A big group has listened to me and valued my thoughts .

Things have improved .Customer feedback ,suggestions are valued and considered.

Takeaway .If you are an enterprenaur then listen to smallest feedback from your customer.
If you are a consumer, please do share your valuable inputs .

Tamilnadu -Dindugal Poottu (Locks ) Used to hear from my grandpa that Burglars will smash the door of the house easily instead of attempting to break the Dindugal locks. Also, it would be very difficult to make a duplicate key for these types of locks. A gardeners dIary

A gardener's diary. In my ancestral house, we had a small but beautiful garden in the backyard. It had coconut trees, plantain trees, vegetable plants like brinjal, tomato, and ladies' fingers and flower plants also. We,siblings, owned each one of them for its care. My grandpa told the importance of this backyard garden and how humans should conceive, imbibe their attributes, and grow like them. Coconut trees. Are always treated as the eldest son of the family. In Tamil, we call Thennam Pillai. Coconut trees have a long life, although takes time to grow but once grown the yield can easily cater generations to come. Banana tree.
