Business schools offer management courses of all disciplines and send their students as interns for practical exposure.
Good initiative.

Let me put it differently and share my views.

.Field exposure during the curriculum is a must. Customer and market teaches us more than classrooms

Instead of waiting for a summer break, I would suggest B school to start implementing what has been taught via theory.

(if these are already implemented and followed, then pl ignore my  post )

Make a sandwich and let one side be theory and other side field practical lessons

Scenario 1.Assign students the college administration work.
For example
a )Transport management
Managing the fleet
Driver salaries
Running Expenses
Buses maintenance
b) Canteen management
Finalizing the vendor
Menu preparation
Ensure quality and quantity
Account books
c).HR work
Maintaining the payroll
Leave registers
Explore all other internal job avenues and utilize maximum.

Sweet little kid

Varun.Sweet little kid. Let us invoke the learner in us. Let us learn from everywhere. A small story. In my apartment floor, there are 6 flats., that consists of families speaking different languages. Telugu Kannada Bengali Badaga (one of the languages of Nilagiri hills belt) Tamil -2 families. A cute 2+ age, a little boy named  Varun of one of the Telugu speaking family visits all of us daily. He identifies the small things and repeats what we say. Suppose we ask him, show us the Buddha statue in Tamil and he understands and take us there. He may be playing and running inside  around for 15 minutes  or so, interacts with us in Tamil sometimes .we are also recollecting our Hyderabad days and try our little Telugu also.
