RACI chart for Apartment Society payments Process.
What is RACI ?
Responsible: person who performs an activity or does the work.
Accountable: person who is ultimately accountable and has Yes/No/Veto.
Consulted: person that needs to feedback and contribute to the activity.
Informed: person that needs to know of the decision or action.
Solution sought for :
A big apartment complex having registered society act suppose to work under strict norms .if the association have more people politics than the process follow up then lot of issues and arguments arises lead to crisis and confusions .
So address that RACI fits properly to address the important tasks 
During my project management learnings in the professional arena ,we used RACI chart and want to use this .
Task.Vendor payment process.
The RACI chart will have all stakeholders mapped as per the process and vendor payment processed smoothly .

If this is properly implemented # after arriving a consensus and customized for individual societies then it will be help them to run the administration smoothly.
This can be applied for other tasks also.

Sweet little kid

Varun.Sweet little kid. Let us invoke the learner in us. Let us learn from everywhere. A small story. In my apartment floor, there are 6 flats., that consists of families speaking different languages. Telugu Kannada Bengali Badaga (one of the languages of Nilagiri hills belt) Tamil -2 families. A cute 2+ age, a little boy named  Varun of one of the Telugu speaking family visits all of us daily. He identifies the small things and repeats what we say. Suppose we ask him, show us the Buddha statue in Tamil and he understands and take us there. He may be playing and running inside  around for 15 minutes  or so, interacts with us in Tamil sometimes .we are also recollecting our Hyderabad days and try our little Telugu also.
