Internal and external audits. As an individual, I wanted to focus on discipline and evaluation these days. Discipline  While I was studying my 9th std  A state of emergency was declared in India. My elder brothers ( 40 years back ) used to tell us that those days idly eating contests were held in their colleges and fellow students  consume more than 50 plus idlis and vadas. Old wine in new bottle . Sharing an observation. Even though we have two vegetable shops ,local farmers used to sell vegetables,fruits outside our apartments . Air Deccan Memories. I was living as a forced bachelor in Mumbai from 2005 to 2007. Over the weekend I used to travel between Mumbai , Chennai and back. Air Deccan was a super hit at that time. 5 AM Coffee club. To join this i need to get back my old memories during my teenage. Every day we  used to hear 5 am morning prayers from nearby mosque and devotional songs from a temple around 6 AM. My father used to prepare a south indian filter coffee around this time. 5 am prayers ,5.30 am coffee aroma and 6 am temple bells made me to get up between 5.30 to 6 mostly. Weekly Meditation series-1 While boiling milk for the past 60 days (almost), I had a wonderful experience to share. one has  to be around that area and at back of the mind it lives for those moments. In the initial days during this activity , I used to think a lot about what I could not attempt a day before and planned to complete it  today Later, slowly, unknowingly developed  a pattern, at morning  6 Am, observed only a few thoughts like  birds singing ragas outside, watching the boiling milk, and expecting a prompt switch off the stove. FEAR The most common and encountered emotion by all. Fact that we dont want people to notice this emotion anytime . Such is a secret but one cannot hide from anyone as it pops us immediately in such a way that people frequently ask you .Are you afraid of something? Is fear haunting you kind of . Our conciousness alerts us whenever we do mistakes and the fear factor in us instantly  come out . The best part is that it alerts and correct us to follow the right path . Fear is equally horrible when someone could not overcome and goes the fear psychosis . Unfortunately this leads to multiple problems in their personal life . Humanity. During my delhi days 36 years back  could recollect an incident happened in a DTC bus. Consistency Lesson learnt from the common world. A rice merchant was delivering the quality rice directly produced from his own agricultural lands for more than 5 years. Almost he was consistent in the quality and met our expectations. suddenly the quality degraded and in spite of telling him there was no improvement. Learning by Doing. I was 18 year old .Joined a company who make electric motors as a technical apprentice. Prime assignment was to  learn the complete electric motor assembly including lathing,wiring etc and the additional work was store keeping . Basics of Business. I was 16. My family started a small venture in Pondicherry. Procuring sewing machines from Delhi and selling directly to the small tailor shops.
